Virginia has a unique opportunity to help Veterans gain career employment. Our Commonwealth has one of the youngest Veterans population in the United States, and the fastest growing Veteran labor force in the United States. The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program is a free training and certification program for employers to help them implement nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining highly-skilled and dependable Veterans.

How It Works

  • Enrollment: Pay nothing to apply and be listed among the other Veteran-minded companies and agencies.
  • Training: Learn how to best leverage the unique skillsets and adaptability to your advantage.
  • Certification: Companies may qualify for up to $10,000 in grants, with $1,000 being awarded per eligible Veteran hired.

Certified Employers in the Culpeper Area

As of Mid-2020, there were eight employers certified with Virginia Values Veterans in Culpeper County. These employers are, in alphabetical order: Able Heating & Air, Inc., Bingham & Taylor, Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office, Germanna Community College, TE Connectivity, the Town of Culpeper, Masco Cabinetry, and New Pathways Tech, Inc. to connect with these employers and check for the latest updates, please visit the V3 website.
